A number that looks wrong for your city. Send the city, the figure on our page and, if you have it, the hardness from your utility's annual water quality report. Utilities publish it as mg/L, ppm or grains per gallon, and we will check it against the source.

A city tied to the wrong water system. Your water bill names your utility, and that is usually enough for us to fix the match.

A city that is missing. We add places once a measured value exists for them.
